Who should be baptized?

Baptism is when a believer enters into a covenant with God through Jesus. If you are a believer in Jesus you need to be baptized to fully realize what God has in store for you.

 

How should I be baptized?

The Bible teaches that baptism should be by immersion in water as a believer.

 

When can I be baptized?

Whenever you are ready to make Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life. We do not save up baptisms at Felicity Christian Church. Some choose to be baptized on Sunday mornings, however we have many baptisms on week days.

 

Can my family be baptized together? Can family members participate in my baptism?

Yes! We love to see families make this decision together. We do want to make sure children are old enough to understand the commitment they are making. He often have children baptized by a parent. If someone other than the Minister has witnessed to the person wanting baptized, we encourage their participation. 

 

What should I bring to my baptism?

If you wish, you can bring your own shorts/pants, undergarments, and a towel, along with anything else you think you might need. But you don’t have to bring anything. We make it possible for people to be baptized “on the spot” by providing towels, and clothes.
