What we Believe
... About God:
We believe that God is our Creator and our Heavenly Father. We believe that He created us in His image (Gen. 1:26). When we sinned (Romans 3:23) He loved us enough to send His Son to die in our place (John 3:16). By Jesus’ sacrifice, we can once again restore the relationship with God that was broken because of sin.

... About God’s Word:
We believe the Bible is the authoritative Word of God without error. It is the only reliable and absolute source of truth in a mixed up world, and it tells us about God’s love for His people. It is the “handbook” of the Christian life.

…About Jesus:
Jesus is God who became the “Son of God” in the sense that He left heaven and was born as a baby to a virgin named Mary. He grew and became a man who would die for the sins of the world and became the one final sacrifice. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6) Jesus is our Savior and is the bridge that connects us to God.

... About God’s Plan of Salvation:
We believe that we are saved by God’s grace (Ephesians 2:8) through faith (Romans 3:28) in baptism (Acts 2:38) to do good works (Ephesians 2:10).

• Held in the new Multipurpose building Led by a praise & worship band singing choruses and using an overhead projector
• Includes a Nursery, Toddler Church and Junior Church (through 4th Grade)

9:30 a.m.

• Bible School
• Classes for infants through Senior Adults

10:30 a.m.

• Traditional Service
• Held in the old auditorium (or sanctuary) Led by piano and organ accompaniment singing the old fashioned hymns out of the hymnbooks.
• Includes a Nursery and Junior Church

Bible study - Wed nights: January through April and September through December

Rick Gabelman, Senior Minister

Rick has been the Senior Minister at Felicity since 1979.  He began his ministry at Felicity shortly after graduating from Cincinnati Bible College.  Rick enjoys fishing and playing tennis. 

He is married to Linda, and they have 3 children: Rachel, Angela & Andrew. 

 

Monty Eastman, Associate Minister

Monty began his ministry in November, 2006.  Monty graduated in 1991 from Cincinnati Bible College and was married soon after that.  Before joining Felicity, he has had ministries in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dayton, Ohio & Mineral Ridge, OH.

Monty is married to Kristi, and they have one son, Nick. 

 

Ben Seimon, Youth Minister

Ben became the youth minister late august of 08. He says “It has been great getting to know all the students and families at FCC”. If you want to grab a coke after school and hang out-email him or give him a call. Who knows-he might even pay for your coke!

Ben is married to Krystal.
